This facility is strictly meant for visiting devotees and pilgrims from outside Nilachal Hills only. Any booking found to be made by such individuals will be automatically cancelled without prior notice by the Kamakhya Devalaya Management Committee.

In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances. Multiple payments for same services. Devotee paid the amount online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure. Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

Your payment will normally reach the MERCHANT account to which you are making a payment within two working days.

We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct MERCHANT account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

If the card supplier declines payment the MERCHANT is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
